Who we are

This website is operated by Chloe’s House, a self-catering guest accommodation in Pano Akourdaleia, Paphos District, Cyprus. Our website address is https://chloes.house.

What we collect

Contact form. When you submit an inquiry through our Contact page, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, so we can respond to you. This is handled by the WPForms plugin and is not shared with any third party beyond what’s needed to deliver the notification email to us.

Location map. Our Contact and property pages embed a Google Map to show our location. Google may set cookies and collect data when the map loads, in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy.

Security and hosting logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider and security plugin (Wordfence) automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to protect the site from abuse. This is not used to identify individual visitors for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site does not use marketing or advertising cookies. Cookies set by the map embed or by our security plugin are limited to what’s needed for those features to function.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, then deleted. We do not maintain a marketing mailing list from contact form submissions.

If you’ve contacted us and would like your information deleted or would like to know what we hold about you, email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
